Yes Nexus collects information through our Web site at several points.  We collect the following information about primary visitors: Name, Email address.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information, Country of access.  We collect demographic data in order to review our country marketing.

This information is only present via our providers statistics.

We collect this information through registration forms, automatic logging files.  Your personal names, websites and email address is collected via our registration form.  The information is collected voluntarily but required to join our service.   To receive our products and services, email address is mandatory because important information regarding your account is sent the address supplied.

We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Yes Nexus to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users.  Our cookies do have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Banner advertising appearing on our Web site may collect information.  Third parties may collect information at their Web site.

Part II.  Information Usage.
The information collected by Yes Nexus will be used for member contact and information.  Users who provide information will receive email announcements from time to time. 

Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We will no] supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.

We may share data with the following third parties: Your website information.  These third parties will use the information as follows: Building demographics for their sponsor campaign.

We offer links to other Web sites.  Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies.  Their standards may differ from ours.

Our Web site offers forums.  Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge. 

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise members by email and website updates.
